What is hypnotherapy?

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is uses a forward-looking approach that focuses on your strengths and the positive changes you want to make. Instead of getting stuck on problems, it encourages you to build practical solutions and move toward your goals. By combining the methods of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with the calming power of hypnosis, SFH helps you create a clearer vision of the future you want and supports you in taking meaningful steps to achieve it.

Hi, I’m Natasha, and I’m passionate about helping people find calm, clarity, and confidence in their everyday lives.

I work with professionals who often juggle high levels of stress, anxiety, and pressure, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when life doesn’t give you a pause button.

Through Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, I provide a supportive space where you can step back, recharge, and rediscover your strengths. My approach is all about looking forward, focusing on what’s possible, and helping you build practical tools to manage challenges with more ease.

I believe that positive change doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes, it just takes the right guidance and a safe space to explore what you really want. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my clients move from feeling stuck to feeling more in control, confident, and hopeful about the future.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me walking in nature, paddle boarding in the sea, reading, or enjoying time with my family. I believe in balance and taking time to recharge — values I bring into every session.
